Publicis Resolute strengthens social media offering with Head of Social Media

Publicis Resolute has promoted Emma Knott to the position of Associate Director and Head of Social Media. The creation of this new, dual role is in recognition of the evolving healthcare communications landscape and increasing influence of social media. Since joining the agency in 2015, Emma has played a transformational role in growing the PR business and will now drive the agency’s digital and social media offering, alongside her responsibilities as Associate Director.
