Mapping global advocacy
Our client was introducing a new vaccine to the rare diseases market. As part of this, we needed to understand the current behaviours of vaccinators, future vaccinators and who their big influencers were.
We undertook a literature-based opinion leader mapping exercise, which was supplemented by a ‘first followers’ study (understanding who local HCPs are immediately influenced by) and a (non HCP-specific) digital opinion leader analysis to create a true global map of current opinion and potential future advocacy.
This map formed the basis of a global advocacy initiative which now boasts over 100 members.
